Intranet Strategy & Planning

We tap the knowledge of your internal experts and draw on our own hands-on intranet experience to help you develop a succinct Master Plan for your project, which will guide all intranet work for 12 to 18 months. We support this Master Plan with periodic working/ missing assessments. Typical strategy engagements are 10 to 30 days.

Usability Testing & Analysis

We conduct on-site, videotaped user testing sessions and perform expert evaluations. Then we deliver a set of meaningful results and recommendations. Testing and analysis can begin at the planning stage and continue through rough sketches, digital mock-ups, working prototypes and live pages. Usability engagements are usually 2 to 5 days per phase of development.

User Interface Design

We design clean, intuitive interfaces, delivered with a graphic artist's style & polish. Our intimate knowledge of usability best practices and our thorough understanding of the underlying technical architecture guide our work. Interface design engagements typically take 3 to 10 days per template.

Project Management

We take a hands-on approach to managing small ad hoc development teams. From concept through development and testing, we use an agile, iterative methodology focused on returning business value at the earliest possible opportunity.
